Despite this setback, the Griffins demonstrated impressive resilience and teamwork, never letting their heads drop and continuing to press for opportunities.

After the break, the Griffins came out strong, attacking with purpose in search of a goal. Greenbank Lionesses managed to score directly from a corner, making it 3-0, and a well-taken strike from the edge of the box sealed the result. Nonetheless, the Griffins' spirit never wavered, and every player put in a commendable effort right up to the final whistle.
