Today saw the blues start their season off with a fantastic 5-1 victory against Crowland, girls found their feet pretty much straight away with some good passing and moving play and a goal from Gracie, some more battles in the middle from both teams before we got given a free kick on the edge of the area and Emily took a great free kick and scored it, the girls created a few more chances and were unlucky not too take some of them before Sophia scored her first goal, more high pressure from the girls and another goal from Sophia just before half time 4-0

Second half from the girls started a little slow bringing on some pressure from the opposition but some brilliant defensive work from the girls, before the other team broke through and got one back, the girls turned it in again for the last 10 minutes having a dubious goal ruled offside, before Sophia score her 3rd goal and the last goal of the game with a typical strikers goal, some good football from the girls over all and a great start if the season from them aswell, player of the match went too Sophia playing some good football and scoring a hat trick on her debut
